Earth Tone - Holbein Artists Colour Pencils Singles

Holbein Artists’ Colour Pencils are oil-based colour pencils made with carefully selected fine grain pigments. Thicker leads enable for fast and uniform shading. Even rough (uneven) surfaces can be completely covered with colour. The softness of the lead also allows you to draw smooth, thin lines, even over the top of an under layer.

Beautiful layering

Applying darker colours over lighter colours produces beautiful layers. Holbein Artists’ colour pencil soft leads make it possible to apply three of four colours in layers, which is an indispensable attribute for artists. All 150 colours are intense, so you can use them even on light toned papers.

Thick lead and thick barrel for easy drawing.

A 3.8 mm-diameter lead allows you to colour in a large area at once. Its 7.8-mm diameter barrel makes it easy to grip and reduces hand fatigue.
