For your mixed media sketching supplies this uniquely designed 3-D case is made of quality leather and lined with a peek-a-boo lining. The shape of this handmade item feels good in the palm of your hand.   The artisan uses full leather hides embracing the wild characteristics of the leather. It will handsomely age, blemishing naturally from your experiences, giving it an organic quality. It has a metal teeth   zipper with a leather pull tab at the head of the zipper making it pleasingly easy to get in and out of. With seams stitched to the outside, you could say this case likes to think outside the box.

Melanie Hazel has been drafting theatrical patterns and building costumes for 20 years. From Romeo and Juliet to Jesus Christ Superstar at the Stratford Shakespeare Festival and from Lion King to Lord of the Rings in Toronto, Melanie loves being a part of bringing a story to life on stage. In-between theatre contracts she works freelance; building dance costumes for competitive dancers. Melanie’s passion for creativity doesn’t stop there, she is in the final stages of illustrating her first children’s book for self publishing.

Having now collaborated with her sister Heather, Owner, creative entrepreneur and co-founder of ARTiculations, Melanie has designed and is manufacturing leather and denim goods bringing quality, Canadian made art supplies to artisans.
