2-hour online workshops: Summer & Fall
Sundays May 31 & October 4, 7:00 - 9:00 pm ET
Seasons of creative practice can be intertwined with the natural rhythms of the year. The more you notice these cycles, the more you can work with your own creative flow. Each season carries its own energy and invitation. In this two-part seasonal series, you’ll explore your creative practice in Winter and Spring through guided writing, playful drawing exercises, and tarot-inspired prompts. Each session offers a chance to reflect and set intentions aligned with your personal creative cycles.
If you’ve ever felt out of sync with your art or a little lost, this workshop is designed to help you build your toolkit for recognizing (and honouring!) your personal creative seasons. Whether you’re just beginning to explore your art making or already have a practice, this is a supportive space to foster your creative process.
This is an online class with a material kit which includes;

Gather
Longer days bring more light, milder weather, and more easeful access to the outdoors for an opportunity to reconnect with a rich source of inspiration. We gather the vibrant colours of nature and bring them back to our creative practice. Tap into the aliveness of this season and what it can reveal to us about what our creative selves desire.
October 4
Harvest
Fall brings a pace that can feel both exciting and overwhelming. It is a time to assess the bounty and decide what we want to take with us into the next season and what we leave behind. Dormancy is a crucial ingredient in growth - what creative ideas do we want to tend to during the next phase of quiet hibernation.
If you are joining us for just the Summer and Fall sessions, you will be able to access our previous gatherings in the section for this offering when you join the ARTiculations Community Hub.

Winter | Nurture
Celebrated (and often falsely advertised) as a time for new resolutions, winter has always felt to me like a season for slowing down and turning inward. As the days begin to lengthen, it’s the perfect time to hibernate, reflect on your ideas, habits, and rhythms, and tend to what matters most.
March 29
Root | Reach
As winter gives way to spring, the world begins to shift outward, bringing fresh energy, new life, and more light. This is a season of growth, emergence, and experimentation, making it the perfect time to explore the ideas that have surfaced and bring your intentions into action.
