CARDBOARD IMAGINARIUM - Sculpture Installation
July 14-18, 2025 

Step into a world of possibility where cardboard becomes the building block of dreams! In this immersive, hands-on camp, we’ll transform the ARTiculations Studio into a collaborative sculptural environment; part art installation, part mega fort!

Inspired by the wild joy of childhood fort-building and the all-in creative energy of past programs like our Cardboard Carnival and Under The Sea Installation Camp, this week is all about imagination at full scale. Campers will explore their own sculptural ideas while working together to create an expansive installation that extends across walls, floors, and ceilings.

We’ll finish the week with a celebratory art opening for families, friends, and curious visitors to step inside our cardboard world and experience what we’ve built.

Led by artist and ARTiculations founder Heather Phillips, this camp is perfect for imaginative makers who want to think big, build boldly, and transform everyday materials into something truly magical.

PAINT BIG - Large-Scale Acrylic Painting
August 11-15, 2025

This camp is for young artists ready to stretch their ideas and their canvases! Each participant will dive into the expressive world of large-scale acrylic painting, working on one big canvas all week long (larger than 20"x30"). With dedicated easel space and plenty of time to layer, experiment, and refine, artists will explore bold brushwork, inventive mark-making, and powerful colour choices.

Guided by practicing artist and beloved instructor Megan Bray, campers will learn how to develop their own ideas over time, discover the physicality of painting big, and build confidence in their artistic voice. From quick gesture studies to deep dives into technique, this is a week to play, explore, and go big on every level.

By Friday, campers will walk away with a large-scale painting that’s both a personal expression and a proud accomplishment. We will celebrate with our traditional end of camp Gallery Show open to family and the public!

All ARTiculations workshops require advance registration, unless otherwise noted. In the event of insufficient enrolment, registrants will be notified prior to the workshop start date and a full refund will be given. No refunds/credits will be provided for withdrawal fewer than one week prior to the start of class. ARTiculations does not provide make-up classes or substitutions.
