Akademie Aquarell - Neon - 5 x 5ml tubes
The colours Neon Yellow, Neon Orange, Neon Pink, Neon Blue, and Neon Green are intensely luminous colours in typical neon style. They can be painted like all watercolours and mixed and combined with all colours of AKADEMIE® Aquarell and HORADAM® AQUARELL.
Good to know:
As the lightfastness of these colours cannot be rated very high due to the fluorescent pigments (no stars), these are the following points to note: While the fluorescence can remain stable for several years inside closed rooms, it decreases significantly faster under direct sunlight. Paintings with neon effects should therefore not be exposed to direct sunlight if possible. Ideally, the watercolour artwork is framed under museum glass.
